Day 1: Cruise Ship Port - Mekong Delta - Back the Ship or Hotel in Saigon (Lunch)
7:30AM Our local guide will welcome you with a sign (your name) at Cruise port gate (7 to 10 minute walk from the ship) and start your day by going to visit Mekong (My Tho City and Ben Tre Town), the capital city of Tien Giang province.
- Discover coconut kingdom of Mekong Delta. We can avoid the tourist crowds with a visit to more authentic places as follows: the rice paddy fields, fruit gardens and some local traditional industries. The boat will cruise along the Tien river (a branch of the Mekong) and stop off at various local work places to give you a picture of how the local economy works, a coconut processing workshop, where you can sample fresh coconut and see how every single part of this versatile nut is turned into food and taste some local products the we will walking on the local road with beautiful country sight and travel the narrow rural road by horse cart.
- Then we take a boat ride through Tan Thach natural canal in Ben Tre. We will continue to stop at bee farm with another island to enjoy honey tea, local products, and enjoy the traditional music.- After that we will enjoy lunch will be served in local restaurant with a special local style.
Return to Cruise port or Hotel in Saigon.
Day 2: Discovering Full Day Tour in Saigon - Ho Chi Minh City - Cruise Port (Lunch)
- 7:30AM: Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel and you will stop at all symbolic destinations of the City:
- Saigon City Hall
- The Central Post Office
- The Notre Dame Cathedral
- Saigon Opera House
- A nice rest with local coffee style
- Visit inside Reunification Palace (Independence Palace), where witnessed the event that marked the end of Vietnam War.
- Enjoy traditional Vietnamese lunch at a restaurant
- Another half hours drive to Thien Hau Temple - the most charming and unit ancient temple in Saigon.
- Walking through a non-tourism wet market in another corner of the city.
+ Return to Cruise port in the afternoon.
